在我矿选矿厂中,过去对选别磁铁矿的质量检验方法是沿用旧的一套化学分析方法,即在选厂生产流程的每个主要作业点分别在15分钟、30分钟取样一次,取满二小时后将样品化学分析一次。选矿岗位工人一般要在一小时后才能根据得到的化学分析结果来调整操作条件。这种质量检验方法不仅与日益发展的生产不相适应,而且由于化验不及时对现场生产失去指导意义,同时人力、物力的损耗也大。
