在日常设备维修中,发现各类车床尾座部存在着一系列问题,直接影响使用和生产,为此,我们对尾座进行了改进,现介绍如下: 改进前存在如下三方面问题。 (1)由于尾座不断地移动而磨损,造成了主轴中心与尾座心轴中心的不同心,所以一些精密零件就无法加工。 (2)由于尾座衬垫和机床导轨直接接触磨擦,所以移动尾座时比较费力。 (3)尾座芯轴锥孔易拉伤,因为钻孔时,钻头切削旋转力全部由锥孔接触面承受,钻头容易转动,造成卡死拉伤锥孔的现象经常发生。针对以上问题,采取了如下措施: (1)在尾座底板上加了六块滚针板40cr钢,HRC
