本文立足实践,结合高职院校学生教育管理工作的新形势、新要求,对高职院校学生教育管理工作进行了理性思考,并阐发了自己对高职院校学生教育管理理念、思路、体制、机制、队伍、载体、特色等诸方面工作的创新问题的认识和见解,提出了高职院校学生教育管理今后的工作方向和创新目标。
