针对混合稀土金属中含有不定量的Fe杂质及贮氢电极合金在熔炼过程中容易混入Fe杂质的特点,采用在Ml(NiCoMnTi)5合金中人为地添加不同量Fe的方法,系统地研究了Fe掺杂量对贮氢电极合金Ml(NiCoMnTi)5电化学性能的影响。结果表明:微量Fe(x≤0.05)掺杂时合金的放电容量有所提高,但随着Fe掺杂量的进一步增多,合金的放电容量逐渐下降;增加Fe掺杂量可以改善合金的活化性能;掺杂Fe的存在不同程度地提高了充放电循环稳定性,但也不同程度地降低了合金的高倍率放电性能。
