Plant Power 2003 (referred to as PP2003) is a high-tech liquid foliar fertilizer. 1998 was listed as autonomous region Science and Technology Commission “Double Decade Project” pilot demonstration project, the Department of Agriculture will also pilot demonstration of the product as Ningxia Top Ten Agricultural Science and Technology Promotion Project supporting measures issued. In order to provide a solid and reliable scientific basis for the smooth promotion of this work, we conducted research on wheat, corn, rice in 1998.
