目的 观察多不饱和脂肪酸对高碘所致胚胎损害的拮抗作用。方法 将小鼠随机分为适碘组、高碘组、高碘 +多不饱和脂肪酸组 (DHA、EPA) ,分别饮含碘 5 0、3 0 0 0μg/ L的去离子水。喂养 3个月 ,令雌雄同笼 ,观察胚胎生长发育情况。结果 加多不饱和脂肪酸组甲状腺绝对重量和相对重量、畸胎率和颈椎异常均低于高碘组(P <0 .0 5 ) ,而窝平均体重和窝平均胎盘重均高于高碘组 (P <0 .0 5 )。多不饱和脂肪酸组与适碘组相比 ,窝平均胎盘重增加。结论 多不饱和脂肪酸对高碘所致胎胎损害有一定的拮抗作用
Objective To observe the antagonistic effect of polyunsaturated fatty acids on embryonic damage induced by high iodine. Methods Mice were randomly divided into iodine group, high iodine group, high iodine + polyunsaturated fatty acid group (DHA, EPA), drinking deionized water containing 50,300 microg / L iodine respectively. Feeding for 3 months, so that male and female cage, observe the growth and development of embryos. Results The absolute weight and relative weight of the thyroid in the polyunsaturated fatty acids group were significantly lower than those in the high iodine group (P <0.05), while the average weight of the litter and the average weight of the litter were higher than those in the high iodine group (P <0. 05).
