以某轿车手动5挡变速器壳体为研究对象,考虑轴承、齿轮轴刚度的影响,应用有限元方法计算壳体在所有挡位下的应力分布,并进行了分析评价;同时结合轿车实际使用工况下的变速器工作载荷谱,应用多轴疲劳理论预测整个壳体的损伤分布,获得了壳体寿命;通过比较壳体应力分布与壳体损伤分布可知,重点改善1挡和倒挡时的壳体应力分布对于提高壳体寿命,快速完善壳体局部结构具有重要意义。
Taking a manual transmission with a 5-speed transmission shell as the research object, considering the influence of bearing and gear shaft stiffness, the finite element method is used to calculate the stress distribution of the shell under all gears and the analysis is carried out.
