目的了解敦化市公共场所空气中微生物污染状况,并在此基础上提出相应改进措施,以保障人们身体健康。方法采用自然沉降法对敦化市237家公共场所进行室内空气细菌总数检测。监测布点、采样、检验检测方法及评价标准均按照国家标准进行。结果共监测237家公共场所空气样本,合格211家,合格率89.03%。其中旅店合格率为93.15%,合格率最高,文化娱乐场所合格率为81.97%,合格率最低;2009年3—5月监测合格率88.19%,9—11月监测合格率90.00%。结论公共场所空气质量受多种因素影响,需要采取综合防治措施,尤其监督部门应加强日常监督和健康教育工作,同时业主应注意完善场所内消毒设施。
Objective To understand the status of microbial contamination in the air of public places in Dunhua City and to put forward corresponding improvement measures on the basis of this to ensure people’s health. Methods Natural sedimentation method was used to detect the total number of indoor air bacteria in 237 public places in Dunhua city. Monitoring points, sampling, testing methods and evaluation criteria are in accordance with national standards. Results A total of 237 public places were monitored for air samples, with 211 qualified, with a passing rate of 89.03%. Among them, the passing rate of hotels was 93.15%, with the highest passing rate. The passing rate of cultural entertainment places was 81.97% with the lowest passing rate. The monitoring qualified rate was 88.19% in March-May 2009 and the monitoring qualified rate was 90.00% in September-November. Conclusion Air quality in public places is affected by many factors and needs to be taken comprehensive prevention and control measures. In particular, supervisory departments should strengthen daily supervision and health education, and owners should pay attention to perfecting disinfection facilities in places.
