脑膜瘤一般均有典型的临床及ＣＴ特征，而还有一部分脑膜瘤因非典型的临床及ＣＴ表现，常导致了诊断失误。作者总结了近６年来本院收治的１２３例经病理证实的脑膜瘤病例，其中９例从病史、体征及ＣＴ表现为非典型病例（７．３％），病程短，一般情况良好，临床以“刺激”症状为主，影像学特征则在平扫及强化均为混杂密度，囊性变，边界不太清楚等，术前均被误诊为胶质瘤及转移瘤。作者通过对这些病例的分析，以求找出其规律性，有助于对这类病变做出比较准确的术前诊断。
Meningioma usually have typical clinical and CT features, but there are still some meningiomas due to atypical clinical and CT findings, often lead to diagnostic errors. The authors summarize 123 cases of pathologically confirmed meningioma admitted to our hospital in recent 6 years, of which 9 cases were atypical cases (7.3%) with history of disease, signs and CT. The course of disease was short and the general situation was good “Stimulation” is the main symptom. Imaging features are misdiagnosed as gliomas and metastases before surgery in both plain scan and enhancement of mixed density, cystic degeneration, and unclear boundary. The author through the analysis of these cases, in order to find out its regularity, help to make a more accurate preoperative diagnosis of such lesions.
