近年来,我国石油企业不断发展,这在极大程度上带动了我国社会经济的快速发展。在石油企业发展期间,应该将安全文化建设作为该企业发展的重点。作为石油企业安全文化建设的核心所在,“以人为本”是其重要的管理思想,这同时也是石油企业安全管理的根本出发点与落脚点。但是,当前在石油企业安全文化建设期间,还存在一定的难点问题。为此,找出有效的措施突破所存在的难点问题极为重要。本文主要针对石油企业安全文化建设的难点展开深入剖析,旨在确保我国石油企业安全文化建设更加有效。
In recent years, the continuous development of China’s oil companies, which to a great extent led to the rapid development of China’s social economy. During the development of petroleum enterprises, safety culture should be regarded as the key point for the development of this enterprise. As the core of safety culture construction of petroleum enterprises, “people-oriented ” is its important management thought, which is also the fundamental starting point and the foothold of oil enterprise safety management at the same time. However, at present, there are still some difficult problems during the construction of safety culture in petroleum enterprises. Therefore, it is very important to find out the effective measures to break through the existing difficulties. This article mainly analyzes the difficulties of petroleum enterprises safety culture construction in order to make sure that the construction of safety culture of petroleum enterprises in our country is more effective.
