小集油田断块油藏埋藏深,储层物性差,为低孔特低渗高凝复杂断块油藏,其地层水型为CaCl2,矿化度20000-40000mg/L,泥质含量9.8%。其高矿化度、强水敏和速敏油层具有油层保护的需要。在对小集油田油井生产及作业过程中的实际资料及现场实验基础上进行系统性总结分析,采用了无固相优质保护液对低渗油藏油井在常规洗井及作业过程中的油层保护方式,对于提高低渗透油藏的高效开发具有重要的意义。
