目的:比较五味子根茎叶6种木脂素含量的差异。方法:采用色谱柱Agilent TC-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-水,梯度洗脱;检测波长250 nm,流速1 mL.min-1,柱温30℃。结果:野生五味子根茎叶总木脂素含量高于栽培品种,其根茎叶总木脂素含量差别挺大,其中根>主枝>侧枝>叶。结论:该方法稳定、可靠,能较好的对五味子根茎叶进行质量评价。
Objective: To compare the differences of 6 kinds of lignans in root and stem of Schisandra chinensis. METHODS: The column was eluted with acetonitrile-water gradient at a flow rate of 1 mL.min-1 using a column Agilent TC-C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm). The column temperature was 30 ℃. Results: The content of total lignans in roots and leaves of wild Schisandra chinensis was higher than that in cultivars. The content of total lignans in roots, stems and leaves was quite different. Among them, root> main branch> collateral> leaves. Conclusion: The method is stable and reliable, and can better evaluate the quality of roots and leaves of Schisandra chinensis.
