四川省妇联是全省各族各界妇女在中国共产党领导下为争取进一步解放而联合起来的社会群众团体,是党和政府联系妇女群众的桥梁和纽带,成立于1954年3月,至1998年已召开九次妇女代表大会。在改革开放以来,各级妇联坚持党的“一个中心、两个基本点”的基本路线,紧紧围绕经济建设中心,为我省的两个文明建设 The Women’s Federation of Sichuan Province is a social mass group of women of all nationalities in the province united under the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party for further liberation under the leadership of the Communist Party of China.
