在功率超声的应用中,频率自动跟踪技术是需要解决的一个重要课题.是提高超声设备输出功率和效率的重要途径之一.本文简述了超声换能器在谐振频率附近的电抗特性,由此得出了采用锁相技术进行频率自动跟踪的理论基础.文中详细叙述了锁相式频率自动跟踪系统的电路结构及工作原理,并用压力模拟负载进行了实验.实验结果表明:系统的跟踪性能能够较好地满足实际要求.
