减压塔顶真空系统冷凝冷却器由水冷改为空冷,是我厂1~#蒸馏装置技术改造的二期工程。该工程已于1981年5月投用,经过夏天考验,达到预期目标,说明在南方地区应用空冷也是可行的。流程特点是 1.各级空冷器并联操作,必要时可使用管程切断间将各片空冷器切出检修;2.二级空冷器出口的不凝气用抽气火嘴送至加热炉燃烧;3.空冷器管外喷淋水循环使用;4.设计中考虑了脱过热措施,即各级空冷器管程入口总管上装
Vacuum tower vacuum system condensing cooler from air cooled to air-cooled, I plant 1 ~ # distillation unit technological transformation of the second phase. The project was put into use in May 1981, after summer tests to achieve the desired goal, indicating that the application of air-cooled in the southern region is feasible. The process is characterized by 1. Air-cooler at all levels in parallel operation, if necessary, can be used to cut off the tube between the air-conditioning unit cut out inspection; 2 secondary air cooler outlet non-condensable gas with a suction nozzle to the furnace burning ; 3 air cooler outside the spray water recycling; 4 design taking into account the overheating measures, namely, air-conditioners at all levels of pipe inlet pipe
