电视机显象管荧光屏与前壳的配合轮廓是一个大R曲线,(见图1)在电视机外壳的模具加工中,由于R尺寸大,工件尺寸也大,回转台无法安放和装夹,机床的行程也不易满足要求,如何保证大R尺寸精度,保证动、定模的曲面配合,将直接影响到塑料件的外观和尺寸精度。针对这种情况,我们设计了一种靠模装置,在普通铣床上(XS5040)进行加工。只用了半天时间,园满地完成了加工任务,达到了图纸的技术要求。 它的工作原理是(见图2);滚轮安装在刀具上(立铣刀).靠模板安装在工件上。
