口腔内的微小损伤可引起破伤风已屡有报道。但与口腔治疗操作有关的破伤风确未见笔端。我们近遇一例与之有关的破伤风病例,特报告于下: 病例摘要患者,女,45岁,因开口困难一周就诊。日前曾在院外用“抗菌优”、“灭滴灵”等药物治疗无效,逐渐加重。来诊后以“翼颌间隙感染”于1989年10月31日住院治疗。入院后查体一般情况良好。心肺未见异常,四肢活动自如。局部检查:面部表情微呈苦笑状,开口一指,嚼咀轻度痉挛,无肿胀无压疼,左颞
