临床上在使用苯咪唑类药物治疗旋毛虫病时常加用激素类药物以减轻副作用,但加用激素后肌肉组织的病理有无改变以及对药物的疗效有无影响尚未见详细报道。本文旨在从肌肉组织病理及药物疗效两方面来探讨丙硫咪唑与醋酸可的松联合使用时的治疗作用。
Clinical use of benzimidazole in the treatment of trichinosis often add hormones to reduce side effects, but after adding hormones with changes in the pathology of muscle tissue and the efficacy of the drug has not yet been reported in detail. The purpose of this article is to explore the therapeutic effect of albendazole and cortisone acetate in combination with muscle histopathology and drug efficacy.
