为了实现油田勘探生产技术数据的集中统一化管理与应用,使其最大限度的服务于油田勘探生产与科研工作的需要,吐哈油田从解决勘探生产技术数据统一“采、存、管、用”的角度出发,进行了油田勘探生产技术数据管理与应用集成信息平台的建设工作,通过集成一体化数据库与应用平台的建设,建成了油田级集成信息平台,实现了油田勘探生产技术数据的集中统一管理,实现了有较高协同度的多个专业化应用,在油田勘探生产决策和综合研究工作中得到了良好的应用。吐哈油田的实践探索对油气勘探企业级综合信息平台的技术与实现,做了有益的探索与尝试,在方法和实现上均有创新。本文对该信息平台的建设技术与应用情况做了系统的介绍论述,对同类型信息平台的建设和应用具有一定参考和借鉴价值。
In order to achieve centralized and unified management and application of oilfield exploration and production technology data, and to serve the requirements of oilfield exploration, production and scientific research to the greatest extent possible, Tuha Oilfield unifies the use of technical data for exploration, production, storage, storage and use. Through the integration of integrated database and application platform construction, an oilfield-level integrated information platform was built and the oilfield exploration and production technology data was realized. It has been well applied in oilfield exploration and production decision-making and comprehensive research work. The practical exploration of the Turpan-Hami oilfield has provided useful explorations and attempts for the technology and implementation of an enterprise-level integrated information platform for oil and gas exploration, and has been innovative in both method and implementation. This article systematically introduces the construction technology and application of the information platform, and has certain reference and reference value for the construction and application of the same type of information platform.
