如果我们采用普通学校的形式去教学,就丢掉了自己的特点,丧失了自身的优势和存在的价值。县级农机校应因地、因时、因人制宜,开展多形式、多类别、多层次的培训,采取灵活多样的教学方法,为农业、农村、社会培养更多更好的技术人才。农机成人学校领导者应该善于利用成人教育内部要素的整体性和相关性,努力构造一个相邻要素互为作用、彼此制约、功能齐全、立体交叉的教育结构。
If we go to teach in the form of ordinary schools, we lose our own characteristics and lose our own advantages and existent values. County-level agricultural institutions should carry out multi-form, multi-category and multi-level training due to local conditions, due to circumstances and according to individual conditions and adopt flexible and diversified teaching methods to cultivate more and better technical personnel for agriculture, rural areas and the society. The leaders of ABC adult schools should be good at making use of the integrity and relativity of the internal elements of adult education and strive to construct an educational structure with adjacent elements interacting with each other and having complete functions and three-dimensional crossover.
