新型水基钻井液防塌就是在水基钻井液中加入能够疏水的成分,在正压差的作用下,能够在钻井的井壁空隙和泥饼中产生弱亲水或者是亲油的通道,利用毛细管阻力阻止或者降低渗入地层的滤液,从根本上解决由于井壁地层吸水产生的井壁不稳定的问题。目前可以通过利用疏水降失水剂和疏水封堵剂作为钻井液的处理剂,研究新型的水基防塌钻井液。本文主要根据新型水机防塌钻井液的形成和性能评价,分析了新型水基防塌钻井液的作用机理。

Based on the formation and performance evaluation of a new type of anti-collapse drilling fluid for water machine, this paper analyzes the action mechanism of a new type of water-based anti-collapse drilling fluid.
