河流动力学课程是港口航道与海岸工程、水文与水资源工程专业重要的专业基础课,泥沙问题直接关系到河流演变,包括对水利工程、水质水量以及取水用户的影响,该课程的教学质量将直接影响学生后续课程航道整治、水文泥沙、水资源评价等的学习,同时也直接影响学生专业理论素质的提高。针对独立学院的性质,培养应用型人才,河流动力学课程教学实践中存在的主要问题,本文从学院定位、课程内容结构体系、理论与实践性教学、教学手段和教学内容、学生和教师角色定位等方面对课程教学效果进行了优化改革,对独立学院河流动力学课程教学质量的提高提出了一些建议。
