在控制条件下,系统测定了33种主要农作物的需光特性,比较了作物类别间光合强度的变化,为正确运用栽培措施,进一步提高作物产量提供理论依据。材料与方法供试作物材料按其生长习性,春播或秋播于校内网室的盆中。单叶光合强度用FQ—W红外线CO_2气体分析仪测定。于作物生长盛期,选择适宜的植株4~8株,每株选测一片新展开的或刚定型的功能叶。测定时的空气流最中介绍。测定温度,麦类为25℃,秋粮为28℃~30℃。
Under control conditions, the light-pervious characteristics of 33 major crops were determined and the changes of photosynthetic intensity among crop species were compared to provide the theoretical basis for proper use of cultivation measures and further improvement of crop yield. Materials and methods The test crop materials according to their habit of growing, spring sowing or autumn sowing in the school’s net room of the basin. Leaf photosynthetic intensity was measured by FQ-W infrared CO 2 gas analyzer.
