超声波振动车削是一种新工艺。我校振动切削科研组对洗衣机的不锈钢主轴进行了这种车削试验,同时比较了几种振动车削装置。试验结果表明,振动精车不锈钢主轴完全达到了生产图纸的要求,为振动车削代替磨削加工开拓了一条新的途径。一、采用可转位刀片的振动车削装置我们为了比较振动车削装置的优缺点,提出了几种结构:其一是下置式超声波振动装置(图1);其二是上置式(图2);其三是尾置式(图3)。试验装置中所用的车刀为可转位刀片。它较一般所用的焊接式小车刀,具有以下优点:
