2013年中央1号文件提出家庭农场是我国农业未来发展的主要模式,鉴于农业发展的先天不足,对家庭农场这种新组织形式,财政补贴可以促进其快速推进。本文探讨了我国现有的家庭农场的财政补贴形式,提出了家庭农场财政补贴方面的建议。
In 2013, Central Document No. 1 proposed that family farms are the main mode of future development of agriculture in our country. Given the inherent deficiencies in agricultural development, financial subsidies can promote the rapid advancement of this new form of family farms. This paper explores the form of financial subsidies for the existing family farms in our country and puts forward suggestions on financial subsidies for family farms.
