目的:探究改良颅骨漂浮技术在重度颅脑损伤患者中的应用效果。方法:2014年1月-2019年1月收治颅脑损伤患者82例,随机分为两组,各41例。观察组使用改良颅骨漂浮技术;对照组接受常规治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后生活自理能力评分(Barthel评分)明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后24 h恢复良好率显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改良颅骨漂浮技术在重度颅脑损伤患者治疗过程中具有良好的临床效果,能够对治疗进程起到良好的推动作用,值
