牛页1井是一口油田重点非常规探井,位于济阳拗陷东营凹陷牛庄-六户洼陷带西北部。它是一个新生界地层沉积齐全,既有丰富的油气源,又发育有多套储层,能够形成各类油气藏的构造区。该井三开后,在井深3295-3500m井段,需连续密闭取心205m,由于钻井液在取心阶段,大部分时间处于静置井内,易造成井下不安全隐患。因此决定采用强抑制性钻井液体系。该体系具有很强的抑制包被能力,能有效防止粘土水化膨胀,钻井液各种处理剂之间有较好的相容性,滤液与储层内流体有很好的相容性,保护油气层效果与油基钻井液相当;能抑制钻屑分散,有利于发挥固控设备效率和提高钻井速度;具有良好的携岩性、润滑性能、防塌抑制性和造壁性能,摩擦系数小于0.05;可抗13O℃的高温。这样既保护了油气层,还缩短了钻井周期。
Niu page 1 well is an unconventional exploration well in an oilfield, located in the northwestern Niuzhuang-Liuhu Depression of Dongying Sag, Jiyang Depression. Since the drilling fluid is in the coring stage most of the time, it is easy to cause underground safety hazard. Therefore decided to use strong inhibitory drilling fluid system. The system has a strong ability to inhibit the coating, can effectively prevent the hydration of clay swelling, drilling fluid treatment agent has good compatibility between the filtrate and the reservoir fluid has good compatibility, protection The effect of oil and gas is similar to that of oil-based drilling fluid; it can restrain the dispersion of drill cuttings, which is beneficial to the efficiency of solid-control equipment and drilling speed; has good lithology, lubrication, collapse prevention and wall-building properties, 0.05; anti-13O ℃ high temperature. This not only protects the reservoir but also shortens the drilling cycle.
