目的了解莱州市医用诊断X射线机运行现状,提出改进问题的意见,提高X射线诊断质量,为放射卫生监督管理提供参考。方法依据WS 76-2011《医用常规X射线诊断设备影像质量控制检测规范》的要求进行检测和评价。结果 X射线摄影机整体合格率为60.5%,管电压指示的偏离、光野与射野四边的偏离、光野与射野中心的偏离、输出量线性等指标合格率分别为76.3%,78.1%,81.2%,86.8%;X射线透视机所检测的各项质控指标均合格。结论应对X射线诊断机加强质量控制检测,保证在用X射线诊断设备运转状态正常良好;应加强监管,强制淘汰质量性能差又不能修复的设备。
Objective To understand the operation status of medical diagnostic X-ray machines in Laizhou City, put forward the opinions on improving the problems, improve the quality of X-ray diagnosis and provide a reference for radiation health supervision and management. Methods According to the requirements of WS 76-2011 “Medical X-ray diagnostic equipment image quality control testing specification” for testing and evaluation. Results The overall pass rate of X-ray camera was 60.5%, the deviation of tube voltage indication, the deviation of light field and shooting field, the deviation of light field from shooting field and the linearity of output were 76.3%, 78.1% and 81.2% , 86.8% respectively; all the quality control indexes tested by X-ray fluoroscope were qualified. Conclusion The X-ray diagnosis machine should be strengthened to control the quality control and ensure that the operating status of the equipment is normal and good with the X-ray diagnosis. The equipment with poor quality and performance can not be repaired because of the supervision.
