前言焊接构件的完好性,是通过设计,制造(焊接)、检测(无损检测)一系列工序得到保证的。因此,不仅应对无损检测方法及焊接(头、缝)有足够的知识和经验,而且对于焊接构件的设计概念也须具有一定的知识。为此,本文首先叙述焊接构件的设计、焊接(头、缝)与无损检测的关系,然后介绍在当今焊接构件的制造工程中的无损检测的现状。最后,就正在探讨的、有关无损检测作业和技术人员的新标准作一介绍。
Preface The integrity of welded components, through the design, manufacture (welding), testing (non-destructive testing) a series of processes are guaranteed. Therefore, not only should there be sufficient knowledge and experience in NDT methods and welding (head and stitching), but also knowledge of the design concept of welded components. To this end, this paper first describes the design of welding components, welding (head, seam) and non-destructive testing, and then introduces the current status of non-destructive testing in the manufacturing of welded components. Finally, a briefing on the new standards being explored for NDT operations and technicians.
