【目的】探讨维生素D(VD)缺乏的糖耐量正常男性丙二醛(MDA )、总体抗氧化能力(T‐Aoc)、过氧化氢(H2 O2)、25‐羟基维生素D3[25(OH)D3]水平与胰岛素抵抗(IR)的相关性。【方法】选取糖耐量正常的男性125例,其中25(OH)D3<50 nmol/L 65例为VD缺乏组(观察组),25(OH)D3≥50 nmol/L 60例为VD非缺乏组(对照组),分别检测两组MDA、T‐Aoc、H2 O2、25(OH)D3。以胰岛素抵抗指数(Homa‐IR)为因变量,行多元线性回归,分析IR相关危险因素。【结果】观察组年龄、腰围(WC)、体质量指数(BMI)、舒张压(DBP)、收缩压(SBP)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、MDA、H2O2、Homa‐IR均显著高于对照组( P <00.5),T‐Aoc、25(OH)D3显著低于对照组( P <00.5)。Homa‐IR与BMI( r =04.46)、WC( r =04.92)、MDA ( r =04.22)、H2 O2( r =03.88)呈正相关( P <00.5),与 T‐Aoc( r =-0.422)、25(OH)D3( r =-04.56)呈负相关( P <00.5)。多元线性回归分析显示,25(OH)D3、WC与 Homa‐IR显著相关( P <00.5)。【结论】VD缺乏的糖耐量正常男性已发生肥胖、血脂、血压、代谢紊乱、胰岛素抵抗及氧化应激增强,且WC及VD水平下降是IR的重要危险因素。“,”Objective]To investigate the relationship between malondialdehyde (MDA) ,total antioxidant capacity (T‐Aoc) ,hydrogen peroxide (H2 O2 ) ,25‐ (D3 ) ,[25(OH)D3 ] and insulin resistance (IR) in male vitamin D (VD) deficiency with normal NGT (normal glucose tolerance)[.Methods]The 125 cases of selected normal glucose tolerance of the male ,which 65 cases (25(OH)D3 <50 nmol/L) of VD deficient group (obser‐vation group) and 60 cases (≥ 50 nmol/L) of non VD deficiency group (control group) ,MDA ,T‐Aoc , H2 O2 ,25(OH)D3 of two groups were detected respectively .Upon the insulin resistance index (Homa‐IR) as the dependent variable ,multiple linear regression was conducted to analyze IR related risk factors .[Results]The age ,waist circumference (WC) ,body mass index (BMI) ,diastolic blood pressure (DBP) ,systolic blood pressure (SBP) ,three acyl glycerin (TG) ,low density lipoprotein (LDL) ,fasting insulin (FINS) ,MDA , H2 O2 ,Homa IR of the bservation group were significantly higher than that of control group ( P <0 0.5) ,T‐Aoc and 25(OH)D3 were significantly lower than those of the control group ( P <0 0.5) .Homa‐IR was posi‐tively correlated with BMI ( r =0 4.46) ,WC ( r =0 4.92) ,MDA ( r =0 4.22) ,H2 O2 ( r =0 3.88) ( P <0 0.5) ,and showed a negative correlation with T Aoc ( r =0 4.22) and 25(OH)D3 ( r =0 4.56) ( P <0 0.5) . Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that 25(OH)D3 ,WC and Homa‐IR were significantly correlated ( P <0 0.5)[.Conclusion]Vitamin D deficiency of the glucose tolerance in normal men have occurred obesity , blood fat ,blood pressure and metabolic disorder and insulin resistance and oxidative stress enhanced ,and the decrease of the level of WC and VD is an important risk factors for IR .
