我们以东莞理工学校职业素养研究传播中心师资职业化培养过程为例,分析项目管理对于师资职业化培养本身及培养模式构建的重要价值;对师资项目管理职业化培养模式实施过程进行可行性分析。该师资培养模式能够满足师资职业化培养的内涵需求,实现以下建设目标:培养师资队伍职业化意识;构建师资队伍职业化思维方式;确保师资队伍职业化能力提升与稳定输出,深化师资队伍项目管理认知,提升其项目管理能力。
Taking the vocational training process of professional literacy research communication center in Dongguan Polytechnic as an example, we analyze the important value of project management in the professionalization training of teachers and the construction of training mode; and analyze the feasibility of the professional training mode of teacher project management. The teacher training model can meet the needs of vocational training of teachers to achieve the following construction goals: to cultivate a sense of professionalism of teachers and staff; to build professional thinking of teachers; to enhance the professional ability of teachers and stable output, to deepen the project management of teachers Recognize and enhance their project management skills.
