采用手工氩弧焊(SMAW),选取ERNiCrMo—3作为填充材料,进行合金926焊接。对获得的接头进行力学性能测试,利用扫描电镜和光学显微镜观察分析其显微组织结构。结果表明,焊缝接头区域的力学性能优于母材;金相组织观察显示,接头组织致密,晶粒细小;接头断口SEM观察表明,断裂区韧窝大而深,呈韧性断裂特征,接头中未见有夹杂、气孔和微裂纹等缺陷。
Using manual welding (SMAW), select ERNiCrMo-3 as a filler material, alloy 926 welding. The obtained joints were tested for their mechanical properties, and the microstructure of the joints was observed by scanning electron microscopy and optical microscopy. The results show that the mechanical properties of the weld joint area is better than that of the base metal. The microstructure observation shows that the joint structure is dense and the grains are small. The SEM observation shows that the dimples in the fracture zone are large and deep, showing ductile fracture characteristics. No inclusions, pores and micro-cracks and other defects.
