运用SEM、DSC、原子探针等分析手段,研究了钌元素的引入对三元模型合金Ni-Al-Re元素分布以及其对合金组织特征和固液相线变化的影响。研究结果表明:钌的引入有助于γ′相的析出,并且对Re元素在合金中的分布产生强烈的影响。
The effects of ruthenium on the distribution of Ni-Al-Re alloy and its effect on the microstructure and solid-liquid phase change of the ternary alloy were investigated by SEM, DSC and atomic probe. The results show that the introduction of ruthenium contributes to the precipitation of γ 'phase and has a strong influence on the distribution of Re element in the alloy.
