本文对60例老年缺血性心脑疾患伴高粘血症患者用双盲、随机、交叉对照法进行治疗前后疗效观察。比较东菱克栓酶和706代血浆对血液流变学多项参数的疗效.发现东菱克栓酶一疗程后疗效明显优于706代血浆,交叉用药后,仍可使706代血浆治疗组各项参数进一步下降,其中对体外血栓形成的长度、干重、湿重、疗效十分显著.其主要作用机制是它可分解纤维蛋白原,抑制血栓形成,并诱发t-Pt释放,增强t-Pt作用的能力,尚能促进纤维蛋白溶酶的生成,降低纤维蛋白溶酶原活化质抑制因子(PAI)的活性,降低血粘度,抑制红细胞凝集.而706代血浆虽也能使各参数下降,但下降幅度小,范围窄,且有少数患者出现皮肤骚痒等过敏反应.认为东菱克栓酶应作为高粘血症患者的首选药物。

The 706 generation of plasma, although the parameters can also be reduced, but the decline in small, narrow range, and a small number of patients with skin itching and other allergic reactions. It is thought that Clonidine should be the drug of choice for patients with hyperviscosity.
