用四氯化碳造成小鼠急性肝损伤模型。其中治疗组每天皮下注射马棘液0.1ml/10g,连续7日,各组小鼠均于第8日眼眶取血检测 L_3T_4和 LYt-2细胞。结果揭示 CCl_4对 LYt-2细胞作用不明显,马棘具有提高 L_3T_4及 LYt-2等 T 细胞亚群数量的作用。
Mouse acute liver injury model was induced with carbon tetrachloride. In the treatment group, 0.1 ml/10 g horse spine solution was injected subcutaneously every day for 7 consecutive days. The mice in each group took blood samples from the eyelid on the 8th day to detect L_3T_4 and LYt-2 cells. The results revealed that CCl_4 had no significant effect on LYt-2 cells, and that horse spine had the effect of increasing the number of T cells such as L_3T_4 and LYt-2.
