目的:优化甘草黄酮的β-环糊精包合工艺。方法:采用正交试验对甘草黄酮-β-环糊精包合的主要参数进行考察,以综合评分为指标,筛选最佳工艺,并采用紫外分光光度法和薄层色谱法对包合物进行物相鉴别。结果:甘草黄酮-β-环糊精包合物的最佳工艺为:甘草黄酮与β-环糊精的投料比为1:10,加水量为β-环糊精的10倍,包合温度40℃,搅拌时间1h。结论:饱和水溶液法制备甘草黄酮-β-环糊精,方法可行,操作简单。
Objective: To optimize the β-cyclodextrin inclusion process of licorice flavonoids. Methods: The main parameters of inclusion of licorice flavonoid-β-cyclodextrin were investigated by orthogonal test. The best method was screened by the comprehensive score, and the inclusion complex was determined by UV spectrophotometry and TLC Phase identification. Results: The optimum conditions for the inclusion of licorice flavone-β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound were as follows: the ratio of licorice flavonoids to β-cyclodextrin was 1:10, the amount of water was 10 times that of β-cyclodextrin, the inclusion temperature 40 ℃, stirring time 1h. Conclusion: Saturated aqueous solution of licorice flavonoids - β-cyclodextrin, the method is feasible and easy to operate.
