Due to the gradual enhancement of people’s legal awareness and the concept of the rule of law, influential litigation that occurs frequently during the transition period has become an important excitement point for people to observe and pay attention to the pulse of social development. Influencing litigation is of great significance and profound influence on building a harmonious society: to make people have a sober and rational understanding of the reality of social development; to provide assistance and foster confidence in the rule of law of a harmonious society under construction.
