对广西高等中医院校护理英语教学现状进行全面调查,包括护理英语教学方法、学生对护理英语教学方法的需求与对护理英语教师素质要求,以及教学效果反馈与教学建议等方面。结果表明:(1)护理英语课堂上约60%的教师主要采用语法翻译法,忽视综合运用能力,课堂互动较小。(2)多数学生认为课堂上获得的信息不足,自我效能感较低;希望课堂有较多的师生互动,教学内容应主要以涉外护理真实任务为主。(3)在护理专业知识方面,期望教师达到专业化的程度。
The status quo of nursing English teaching in higher TCM colleges and universities in Guangxi is investigated comprehensively, including nursing English teaching methods, students’ needs for nursing English teaching methods, qualifications for nursing English teachers, feedback on teaching effects and teaching suggestions. The results showed that: (1) about 60% of teachers in Nursing English Class mainly use grammar translation method, neglecting comprehensive utilization ability and small class interaction. (2) Most students think that the information they get in class is not enough, and their sense of self-efficacy is low. They hope that there will be more interactions between teachers and students in the classroom. The teaching content should mainly be based on the real tasks of foreign-related nursing. (3) In nursing professional knowledge, expect teachers to achieve the degree of specialization.
