高职院校教育水平的高低通过教务管理系统可以直接反映出来,作为维持高职院校正常运转的中心枢纽,其对高职院校的教育发展有着重要意义。如今,传统的高职教育方式存在诸多问题,已经不能顺应当代社会的需求与发展,故此,要不断对现有的教务管理体系进行优化,探索创新之路,提高教务管理工作的效率。本论文主要对当下高职院校教务管理工作的概况、存在的弊端进行阐述,并对其提出如何进行优化改良,探索创新的解决方案,促进高职院校更好的发展。
The level of education in higher vocational colleges can be directly reflected through the educational administration system. As a central hub to maintain the normal operation of higher vocational colleges, it is of great significance to the educational development of higher vocational colleges. Nowadays, there are many problems in the traditional way of higher vocational education, which can no longer meet the needs and development of contemporary society. Therefore, we must continue to optimize the existing educational administration system, explore the path of innovation, and improve the efficiency of educational administration. This dissertation mainly expounds the general situation and shortcomings of the current educational administration in higher vocational colleges and puts forward some solutions to how to optimize, improve and explore innovative ways to promote the development of higher vocational colleges.
