The Tenth Pan American Conference in Caracas last March showed that all countries in Latin America have struggled sharply with the United States in order to get out of their economic difficulties. Over the past year or so, the economic conditions in Latin American countries have not seen improvement. They have further deteriorated. Their contradictions with the United States have also become more acute. This is first manifested in the issue of foreign trade. Taking several major countries as an example, Brazil exported a total of more than 32.2 billion Cruzeiro in 1953 and 28.87 billion Cruzeiro in 1954; and the input From 25.51 billion Cruzeiro to 37.74 billion Cruzeiro.
