有人认为,“商品交换原则与党性原则是根本对立的”。本文对此就商品交换原则与党性原则关系问题谈谈笔者之见。一、不同的领域适用不同的原则首先,发展社会主义商品经济必须遵循商品交换原则。商品经济不是经济制度范畴,作为一种劳动联系的社会形式和经济运行形式,它可以存在于不同的社会形态中,为不同的经济制度服务。支配商品生产和商品交换的一般规律是价值规律,商品按价值进行等价交换。竞争、差别及其效率原则也是商品经济发展的动力机制。社会主义商品经济以公有制为基础,各生产经营单位都是相对独立的经济实体,自主经营,自负盈亏。发展社会主义商品经济必须遵循价值规律、等价交换等原则。
Some people think that “the principle of commodity exchange is fundamentally opposed to the principle of party spirit.” In this article, I talk about the relationship between the principle of commodity exchange and the principle of party spirit. I. Different Principles Applicable to Different Fields First of all, developing the socialist commodity economy must follow the principle of commodity exchange. Commodity economy is not a category of economic system. As a form of social and economic operation of labor relations, it can exist in different social forms and serve different economic systems. The general law governing the production of goods and the exchange of goods is the law of value, and the exchange of goods by value is equivalent. The principles of competition, differences and efficiency are also the driving forces behind the development of the commodity economy. The socialist commodity economy is based on public ownership. All production and business units are relatively independent economic entities that run their own businesses at their own profit and loss. The development of the socialist commodity economy must follow the principle of value and the principle of equal exchange.
