本文就我院1979~1983年收治的6例合并有甲状腺疾病的糖尿病人的诊治问题提出以下讨论意见。一、糖尿病与甲状腺疾病的关系:多数学者认为两病有共同的遗传、免疫学基础,由于遗传上的缺陷和易感性以及免疫平衡的破坏,很可能发生免疫之间的重叠现象,加上其它的易感因素,可能在两病发生中起着重要作用。一、甲亢与糖尿病:多数人认为.是由于过多的甲状腺素导致糖代谢紊乱,使血糖持续升高所致。甲状腺激素对糖代谢的影响有:①促进肠道糖的吸收;②加强糖元分解和异生;③通过C—AMP激活肾上腺β受体,增强儿茶酚胺的敏感性,儿茶酚胺升高时,可使胰岛素释放受到抑制,而胰高血糖素受到刺激,血糖持续升
