在刚刚过去的2006年,以反腐败为内容的国际刑事司法合作活动十分频繁。10月25日至31日,国际反贪局联合会第一次年会暨会员代表大会在北京召开;12月10日,《联合国反腐败公约》第一次缔约国会议在约旦举行,等等,充分体现了国际刑事法律在维护国际社会稳定与安全方面的作用。与之相适应,国际刑事法学研究也日趋成熟。为进一步了解目前国际刑事法学的发展现状与未来趋势,日前,本刊记者采访了中国人民大学法学院教授朱文奇。
In the past year 2006, the cooperation in international criminal justice, which is based on fighting corruption, has been very frequent. From October 25 to 31, the first annual conference and member congress of the International Anti-Corruption Bureau (CAAC) will be held in Beijing. On December 10, the first UN Conference on Anti-Corruption Convention will be held in Jordan. It fully reflects the role of international criminal law in safeguarding the stability and security of the international community. Correspondingly, the research of international criminal law is also maturing. In order to understand more about the current development status and future trends of international criminal law, a few days ago, our correspondents interviewed Zhu Wenqi, a professor of law at Renmin University of China.
