近几年,我国的建设工程发展迅速,这在一定程度上提升了企业对工程概预算及造价的关注度。工程的概预算及造价水平关系着企业的经济效益,只有加强建设工程的概预算及造价管理水平才能提升企业的经济效益。另外,我们可以运用概预算控制工程的造价水平,进而控制建设工程的具体规模、施工进度、施工质量、施工时间,最终实现企业经济效益的最大化。下面文章中简单分析了工程概预算和工程造价的关系,进而分析了工程概预算对工程造价的作用,最后就怎样把握工程概预算和工程造价二者的关系提出了自己的看法。
In recent years, China’s rapid development of construction projects, which to some extent, enhance the business of the project budget and cost concerns. The estimated project budget and the cost level are related to the economic benefits of the enterprise. Only by strengthening the general budget of the construction project and the cost management level can the economic benefits of the enterprise be enhanced. In addition, we can use the estimated budget to control the cost of construction projects, and then control the specific size of construction projects, construction progress, construction quality, construction time, and ultimately maximize the economic efficiency of enterprises. The following article simply analyzes the relationship between the estimated project budget and the project cost, and then analyzes the role of the estimated project budget on the project cost, and finally puts forward my own views on how to grasp the relationship between the estimated project budget and the project cost.
