选用TritonX-114为表面活性剂,EDTA-Na4P2O7为络合剂,建立了浊点萃取-分光光度法测定水样中稀土元素镧和钕的新方法。考察了pH值、EDTA-Na4P2O7用量、TritonX-114浓度、水浴时间、离心时间对浊点萃取效率的影响。实验结果测得镧和钕的检出限分别为0.03590μg/mL和0.03779μg/mL;其相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为2.7%~3.9%和3.0%~4.6%;回收率分别为92.1%~97.8%和94.9%~102.1%,方法可行。
TritonX-114 as surfactant and EDTA-Na4P2O7 as complexing agent were selected to establish a new method for the determination of rare earth elements lanthanum and neodymium by cloud point extraction-spectrophotometry. The effects of pH value, amount of EDTA-Na4P2O7, concentration of TritonX-114, water bathing time and centrifugation time on the extraction efficiency of cloud point were investigated. The detection limits of lanthanum and neodymium were 0.03590μg / mL and 0.03779μg / mL, respectively. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 2.7% -3.9% and 3.0% -4.6%, respectively. The recoveries were 92.1% ~ 97.8% and 94.9% ~ 102.1%, the method is feasible.
