目的:观察大鼠腹侧呼吸组吻端(rostral ventral respiratory group,rVRG)μ型阿片受体(MOR)的表达及MOR阳性神经元向颈髓的投射。方法:采用荧光金(FG)逆行追踪结合免疫组织化学染色的方法观察MOR在rVRG的分布,以及rVRG内MOR阳性神经元向颈髓的投射。结果:rVRG内存在中等密度的MOR阳性神经元;经大鼠颈髓第5节段前角注入FG后,可在rVRG内观察到逆标神经元。统计结果显示,rVRG内大多数逆标神经元呈MOR阳性。结论:rVRG内存在MOR阳性神经元,部分MOR阳性神经元可发出下行投射纤维至颈5前角,表明MOR阳性神经元可能在对呼吸节律的调控中发挥重要作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the expression of rVRG μ-opioid receptor (MOR) and the projection of MOR-positive neurons into the cervical spinal cord in rat ventral respiratory group. Methods: The distribution of MOR in rVRG and the projection of MOR-positive neurons into the spinal cord in rVRG were observed by fluorescence retrograde tracking combined with immunohistochemical staining. Results: There was medium density MOR positive neurons in rVRG. After injected into the anterior horn of the fifth cervical spinal cord, FG neurons were observed in rVRG. The statistical results showed that most of the anti-retroviral neurons in the rVRG were MOR positive. CONCLUSION: There are MOR positive neurons in rVRG. Some MOR positive neurons may send downward projection fibers to the anterior horn of cervical 5, indicating that MOR positive neurons may play an important role in the regulation of respiratory rhythm.
