目的识别某公司锦纶66特品工业丝技改项目职业病危害因素,分析职业病危害防护措施效果。方法采用职业卫生学调查和检测检验方法对该项目职业病危害因素进行分析与评价。结果职业病危害因素检测结果表明,该项目己二胺、氢化三联苯、一氧化碳、二氧化硫浓度均符合国家卫生标准;卷绕工、空压机工8 h等效A声级值86.1~94.5 dB(A),超过国家职业接触限值;作业场所卷绕机、空压机噪声强度86.5~97.2 dB(A);高温岗位作业分级为Ⅰ~Ⅲ级。结论该建设项目的职业病危害控制措施是有效可行的,但需加强噪声、高温控制措施和个人防护用品的佩戴。
Objective To identify the occupational hazards of a nylon 66 special industrial filament technological transformation project of a company and analyze the effects of protective measures against occupational hazards. Methods The occupational disease risk factors of this project were analyzed and evaluated by occupational health survey and testing method. Results The test results of occupational hazards showed that the concentrations of hexamethylenediamine, hydrogenated terphenyls, carbon monoxide and sulfur dioxide in the project all met the national sanitary standards. The 8 h equivalent A sound level of winders and compressor workers was 86.1-94.5 dB (A ), Exceeding the national occupational exposure limit. The noise intensity of the winders and air compressors in the work place is 86.5-97.2 dB (A); and the jobs of high temperature jobs are classified as Ⅰ ~ Ⅲ. Conclusion The control measures of occupational hazards of the construction project are effective and feasible, but noise, high temperature control measures and personal protective equipment need to be strengthened.
