我国水利工程建设项目招标目前正处于发展阶段。现行水利工程合同条件与现行法律还存在一定程度的冲突和矛盾之处。在招标和评标过程中的一些环节有很多问题还值得研究。本文重点就水利工程的招标方式进行了探讨。
China’s water conservancy construction project bidding is currently in the development stage. The current contract conditions of water conservancy projects and the existing law there is a certain degree of conflict and contradictions. There are many problems in the process of bidding and bid evaluation which are also worth studying. This article focuses on the tender of water conservancy projects were discussed.
