当前我国普通家庭对各类电子产品需求日益旺盛,而数模转换器(DAC)作为连接数字世界与模拟世界的接口,是电子产品中不可或缺的模块。本文就CMOS电流舵DAC展开研究,在阅读调查大量文献的基础上,分析表征了DAC的关键静态动态参数,对比分析了电流舵DAC不同架构的优缺点。最后总结出针对不同的应用方面,未来电流舵DAC主要朝着高速高精度,低功耗低成本的方向发展。
At present, the demand for various types of electronic products from ordinary families in China is increasing day by day. Digital-to-analog converters (DACs), as an interface connecting the digital world with the analog world, are indispensable modules in electronic products. In this paper, the CMOS current steering DAC is studied. Based on a large amount of literature surveyed, the key static dynamic parameters of the DAC are analyzed and compared. The advantages and disadvantages of different structures of the current steering DAC are analyzed. In the end, it is concluded that for different applications, the current DAC will mainly develop in the direction of high speed, high precision, low power consumption and low cost.
