目前板带材已逐步成为钢铁工业的主要轧制产品,经过二次加工,可以制成各种类型和规格的建筑钢材。由于使用上的灵活性,且具有轻质、高强、耐震等特点,其使用范围正在不断扩大。在用作围护建筑材料的同时,也向着承重材料的领域发展。这种轻型建筑钢材运输方便,可直接吊装,能大大减少现场工作量,加快建设速度。压型钢板与H型钢等可以组成经济有效的新型建筑体系,以适应各地区不同气候条件、不同建筑功能的要求,成为当代国际工业建筑钢结构的主要趋向。我国要发展压型钢板建筑必须解决配套材料和配套设计,它不仅有赖于本身的性能,还有赖于使用时便于使用的安装工具和零件,这是值得我们充分注意的。从长远看,为了提高这种钢材的防腐性能,要结合我国资源研究制造自防腐钢种。而在当前必须尽快建成压型彩色钢板生产线,关键问题是解决生产线的联动设计和质量自控系统设计,并逐步建立我国较完善的建筑钢材体系。

It not only depends on its own performance, but also depends on the installation tools and parts that are easy to use when used. This is worthy of our full attention. In the long run, in order to improve the anti-corrosion performance of this steel, it is necessary to research and manufacture self-corrosion steel grades in conjunction with China’s resources. In order to build a pressure-type color steel plate production line as soon as possible, the key issue is to solve the linkage design of the production line and the design of the quality automatic control system, and gradually establish a more complete building steel system in China.
